  2. How do I choose the right meal plan for me? Choose based on your dietary needs, fitness goals, or taste preferences.   4. How are the meals delivered, and how often? Meals are delivered fresh to your door each week on the day of the week that you choose when you sign up.
  5. How long do the meals stay fresh? Our meals are designed to stay fresh for up to 7 days when refrigerated. If meals are placed in the freezer, they can last up to 3 months. Consume them within these timeframes for optimal freshness and taste.
  6. Do you cater to specific dietary restrictions or allergies? Yes, we accommodate various dietary restrictions and allergies. Inform us of your specific needs by emailing us at  customer@meka.fitness.
  7. How do you source your ingredients? We prioritize quality and sustainability, sourcing ingredients from trusted local farms and suppliers.
  8. Can I pause or cancel my meal plan subscription? Absolutely! Pause, change, or cancel your subscription with no hassle. Simply log into your account and make any changes you would like. Changes need to be made at least 4 days before your subscription renews in order for them to be made on the renewal.
  9. Are your meal prep containers recyclable or reusable? Our containers are fully recyclable and reusable, designed with the environment in mind.
  10. What if I don't like a meal? We will be sending out feedback emails to understand which meals you like and do not like. Based on your feedback, your meal plan for the following week will be updated. For immediate assistance, email us at customer@meka.fitness
